Expensive and turns off service even when you pay the bill and have receipt. I was told the system was down when I paid my bill its been 2 days and now its the weekend with a holiday. I called twice during business hours and was told the request was in the system and showing I paid my bill but service still has not been restored. No grace period on when bill is due and if you wait till the day its due service is still turned off.
